the staff seemed friendly enough to the hotel. breakfast offered enough choices to start the day adequately
The room i booked was not what i expected. It felt quite dated and showed signs of wear. the air conditioning was loud. It made it difficult to sleep comfortably at night. also, the pool area was often crowded and finding a lounge chair was challenging

i received an upgrade to a nicer room. the staff welcomed me kindly and were very helpful. the breakfast offered many choices. the shuttle buggy provided convenient service to the main road.
there were limited seats at the pools.
